Background
With over 15 years nursing experience Lena is a highly motivated complex care nurse who strives to make a positive difference to each of her clients’ lives.
Throughout her career Lena has worked with individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries including those with traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries and is the owner and Clinical Director of Invictus Care who provide and facilitate complex care packages for individuals with specialist complex healthcare needs.
Lena’s extensive complex care background has had a focus on providing a truly holistic approach in her nursing. Drawing on an extensive nursing background combined with complex care senior roles she extends this knowledge and professionalism to aesthetics. Having the ability to give clients that extra confidence by providing truly personalised treatments, Lena adopts the “less is more approach” and takes pride in delivering natural looking high-quality results.

Background
For over 20 years, Lisa has worked in hospital, hospice and community settings and gained knowledge and experience of working with clients and their families, supporting them through the most difficult and challenging of times and tackling the countless problems that can occur when living with a disability or chronic illness.
Lisa has also worked as a Care Expert for four years and specialises in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, Industrial Illness and Loss of Service reports for the Court.
Whilst continuing to practice as a Nurse Consultant, Lisa is also using her extensive nursing skills as an Aesthetician and strives to help her clients to achieve great results.
Lisa firmly believes in giving clients a natural, glowing, and rejuvenated look.
